So recently I wanted to track my calories really hard with max 2800 cals for my first clean cut. The meals would be 14 € per day in Germany. Problem is tho, my parents are kinda short on money rn bcs of my new school and few other investments. I could cut the costs to around 11€ but is that alr? They don't know how much money they use per day for food per person.
