How much expansion do i need for my palate and my mandible

I have an appt with an MSE dentist next wednesday just wanted to ask how much expansion i need cuz it looks very narrow. The blue things are bite blocks cuz i have braces (the picture of my palate)

how do i do this with an apple, ive asked my orthodontist before but she didnt wanna measure it and said "no ur palate is fine stop worrying" but it clearly shows in my face that it looks narrow. and the appt with the MSE dentist is virtual with a panoramic xray

alright, take an apple cut it in half, and put it in your mouth. Your teeth should mark on the apple. Now take a ruler and measure the far right to the far left of the back molars
