Finasteride only blocks one isoform of alpha reductase, which in the enzyme responsible for the conversion of testosterone to DHT; so even if you take 10g of it you will still have DHT in your system.

Yes dut targets both isoforms of the alpha reductase enzyme, so given you take enough you would be DHT-free.

Still you may lose hair because of testosterone androgenicity.

even if you took 10mg of dut and used RU and blah blah blah serum DHT and scalp DHT are not the same you can wipe out your DHT and while your body DHT may be reduced to 99% less of what it was your scalp levels may still be 75% reduced instead of 99%
