How much g of liver per every 2nd day

i eat 1lb of beef lets say monday then 1lb of chicken on tuesday then beef the next day etc repeat,

my question is i want to eat liver on the days where i eat chicken
how much in g should i eat ,

also i have realised if i eat like 100g in one day i usually get a wet dream other people also have had this issue

dont eat chicken it has no micronutrients

i am not a professional in beef, but it might be the vitamin a in the liver that makes u have a wet dream.
  • Beef liver contains about 20,000 IU of vitamin A per 100g.
  • The tolerable upper limit (UL) for vitamin A intake is 10,000 IU per day for adults. While occasional overages are fine, consistently exceeding this can lead to vitamin A toxicity.
  • so based on this info try 50g?

Google what a safe amount is to eat and follow it

More isn't better once you reach your required amount of each nutrient

The risk of Vitamin A or Copper toxicity is very much real

true but beef is better and i personally think tastes better so I stick with that
 
I eat 2 pounds of raw beef liver everyday. Been 2 years no issues.

Beef is nutritious for sure but eating too much is also linked with cancer

Just make sure to eat lots of various veg/fruit/grain also because there are lots of nutrients you cant get from beef

i dont eat vegetables or grains but I get it from other things
 
What's up with this trend of refusing to eat vegetables?

You're shooting yourself in the foot nutritionally by avoiding them
theyre toxic and have oxidants its not a trend ive been doing this my whole life and im fine im getting the vitamins one way or another

They aren't toxic, you're falling for influencer bullshit

Vegetables are some of the best sources of ANTIoxidants, which are GOOD FOR YOU, they are a source of many nutrients and phytochemicals which increase your predicted lifespan and health

Without eating vegetables or grains you will struggle to get sufficient Magnesium, which is linked with low testosterone
