How much gh to grow 16 year old 5'11 need to be 6'4

Hello guys, i have been doing almost everything for height growth natty to this point, jumping (high jumps) sprinting also starting banded sleeping in 3 days.
Started eating raw meat raw milk thanks to the legend aajonus vonderplanitz.
I grew 4cm in 6.5months and want to be ideally 6'5 how much gh do i need to pin per day and how frequent do you pin, i am new to this.
I was tolled 8ius per day.

Sounds like u have the money to do this. And if u do first just get an xray on ur growth plate. If its open then just start with 4ius a day. Its not about how much you take, more isnt better. 4ius for 2-3 weeks then bump to 6 after that and if ur wallet isnt gone just bumpt 8ius after 6-10weeks. You dont want to be blasting 8iu first you hands and proportions might get fucked. Also how tall was your dad and mom

my dad is 178cm my mom 165cm but my father was malnourished i look 1 on1 with him beside colouring and he has a verry narrow face(i dont) and he always was skinny point being he couldve been taller to support this point, my sister is 173cm,

also for anyone reading this and wondering about banded sleeping it works my right leg is 1cm taller then my left bc i used uneven band/pressure and yes i messured correctly i have a dokter machine lookalike thing with the pad on the head and when i stand on my right leg i am 181.2 morning height compared to my 180 left leg stand(and also standing on both legs)

this result came from only 5 nights of banded sleeping + 200 high jumps with uneven pressure, 0,8cm is more accurate tbh its actually a wonder i fell asleep with those amounts of pressure lol,

0. Get the xray & bone age
1.Just get in a 500 Surplus( Since ur malnourished take mk677 itll make u eat and does wonders)
2. Blast the hgh
3. Sunmaxx
4. Sleepmaxx
6. Be active sports running etc gym some form of HIT
5. Micronutrientsmaxx supplements

Since u said ur dad is malnourished and u look on par with him id advice just focusing on the eating for you. Just get in a surplus. You can search up tdee calculator it gives ur calorie maintenance, from there use myfitnesspal app and track ur food. Then just eat in a 500 surplus. You seem to have tried other methods and know what youre doing so just focus on eating. With that wish you best of luck 👍
