Probably 5 hours a week with a careful diet. Depending on your intensity though of course.

For how long?
I know I learned from fitness influencers and health classes. I’ve never been that jacked myself, but I’d have to assume at least a yardarm. If not years.

Depends on genetics. Mine are shit so I can never reach that physique.
Chad might be able to do it in a year with a few hours a week.

Gymcelling is 80% genetics, 15% gear and 5% training.
