at least 50 jfl. ive been on creatine for 6 months and its clearly let the norwood reaper harvest my hair follicles
i dont know if i should stop. creatine boosts dht. gives me more energy tbh

no one loses 0 hairs a day. If i rustle my hair a bit normally one or two will fallout, no idea hiw many i actually shed a day, id guess like 50

50-71 but only because i brush them twice a day and run through them with my fingers daily. usually lose like 10 hair when i brush for 1 min
