I’m 184cm right now with it.

Jesus fuck, I never realised I looked this subhuman until today. Hopefully it’s not seeable in clothes.

Shit. Only?
I look like I’m purposely trying to break my back to pop my ass out like an Instagram thot.

Around half an inch, maybe up to 2cm max if you make your posture 100% perfect and arrow straight (fix nerd neck, leg muscle imbalances, rounded shoulders.) Your ATP isn't that bad.
1-2"+ is for people who look like goblins.

My ATP was similar to yours. I started fixing it a month ago. I already gained 0.5 - 1cm of height and I still have it a little so I'm hoping for another half cm. Yesterday I started fixing my slight nerd neck and rounded shoulders which will probably add another few mm, maybe half a cm.

my height:
183.5cm straight out of bed
181.5cm before bed after gymcelling

Before I started taking gluco and gymcelling I was 182cm in the morning and 179cm before bed. That was 2-3 years ago, I'm 24 now. Some of it was probably natural growth, but gluco and gymcelling helped a bit. My posture is still not 100% perfect.

My advice is to strengthen your core, hamstrings and glutes as much as possible. Stretching isn't enough. You don't want any muscle imbalances. Also, don't stretch the hamstrings, only stretch your lower back and quads.

i wouldnt expect more to be honest

had poor posture too, tried multiple stretchs for long time and didnt gain more than 1-1.5cm
you might gain a bit more but i wouldnt expect anything more than 2cm

try to stretch with glucosamine, you might pull 186cm barefoot and you can add additional 3cm with good shoe and lifts (so overall with shoe and lifts you would be 191-191.5cm which is excellent height)

Thx bro. I really considered roping when I took this picture today. I’ll get onto fixing it ASAP.

I know. I started working out this week and I’m trying to get to 12% bodyfat. 75kg, 18 - 22% right now.
I can bench 41kgs for 6 reps.
Is that at least average for a beginner?

if you're 24 it probably wasn't natural growth, I hope I get a few cm too by posture maxxing

have you gotten any height increase and have you fixed your spine?

Would an Inversion table be useful in this?

Have a similar issue, might get one tbh.
