The gain you could see ranges from a half-inch increase to two and a half inches. Don't get hopes up like, it doesn't seem extremely severe, but it is visible. I'd say around a .75 inch increase. I've started trying to improve my atp for 1 week and have had a measurable increase.I have this anterior pelvic tilt it seems very severe I am 5'9 with this posture View attachment 4852201

I measured my height before a few months ago and i had anterior pelvic tilt but it wasn't that severe and the height measured came 5'9.5 and I also felt like I am shrinking it got worseThe gain you could see ranges from a half-inch increase to two and a half inches. Yeah, the shrinking could most likely only be two things: first, the person measuring you measured wrong, or your posture has worsened tremendously, and your spine has compressed a bit. If the second is true(Which I think is the case based on the picture and your dump truck) I would just do a bunch of targeted stretches, hip and core exercises, and maybe take glucosamine to hydrate your spinal discs.I measured my height before a few months ago and i had anterior pelvic tilt but it wasn't that severe and the height measured came 5'9.5 and I also felt like I am shrinking it got worse
