Bought them today in Paris. One is regular airforce and the other one is Air Max 95 I believe. Which one is better and which one adds more height?

Nah i won’t use insoles because its gonna be a social death for me if someone notices that i wear them.

Im not gonna wear lifts I don’t want my parents to know about it, and also I don’t want to fraud too much. 3 cm is enough
