Nowhere does it say that the study concluded it only works on people that short. The study was just only done on short people for ethical reasons. Short people are not a different species; they are still human, therefore, the method is applicable to all.

Additionally, theyre short because there bodies respond porely to growth signals therefore further reducing the efficacy of HGH treatment. When dealing with people who arent short theyre bodies respond better to growth signals theoretically making the results even greater.
