Anything between 8iu to 12iu, depends how much. If you will do for 1 year, 8 iu. If you will do for 6 months, 12 iu.

also AIs at a lower dose like 1.25mg lertozole or 6.25mg aromasin are best for lowering without crashing estrogen

That's not gonna help because its too low but as u said higher dosages have very bad side effects so u either take low dosage snd get nothing on both sides or go high dosage and get fucked up

4-6 IU of HGH, anything below or above this is not effective or has diminishing returns.
If your plates are closing, you need to hop on Aromasin, 6.25mg EOD or Every day will keep you on the right track
