How much infringirab to dose for height growth?

I was told 0.25mg/kg/per day, but there's a risk of hyperphosmatmia - if I'm tryna be safe should I take less? And what other things should I do to prevent/ manage it - I heard about but is it like terminal and severe or is it minor and goes away when you stop taking infa. Also, infringirab Vs erdafitinib - is any of them better in specific aspects?
