Okay look, I personally dont believe MSE + Facemask = Gigachad formula yet I think its way better to try facepulling with MSE instead of Hyrax expander since its bone borne.

And I think Sandra Kahns facebows mogs this to oblivion, this one might recede the mandible instead of pulling the maxilla.

Both MSE and hybrid hyrax are a type of MARPE. Both are bone and tooth borne.

If your stuture has grown together, you need to get a sarpe type surgery for hybrid hyrax.

You can get MSE, if your palate is wide enough and not too deep, otherwise the hybrid hyrax is the way to go, but your surgeon will know the best course of action.

MSE usually requires only cortipunctures or no cuts at all.

Both expand the palate symetrically.
