he doesn't have most of his results public, but from the consultation i had with him i can say the results were quite good

Very interesting. Where are you getting these prices from? The Redditors I read say Alfaro and Raffaini are in the same range, almost double what u quoted at 40k. Unless ur a national of their countries, in which case the health insurance covers a lot.

40k is too much. if it's that much i won't do it. because at the end of the day bimax results are hit or miss. you're almost guaranteed to improve, but by how much? and what will the difference in improvement be between doctors? the majority of alfaro's cases just seem impressive because of the starting point of the patients before. many of them just become average-a bit above with good side profiles.

There is always big enough movements for recession, just from the look of this you are probably gonna need to be on braces for a year before you can get bimax. Not sure about widening you would probably have to get a consult from him to find out, I think those are usually done with implants but I'm not too sure.
