17, going to the gym 3-4 times per week
ALSO may want more bones in face
 
I don't give advice on supplements, I only tell people what I take.
K2 MK7 500 mcg per day
K2 MK4 25,000 mcg per day
D3, I live in FL so not much, maybe 5,000 IU per week
L Carnitine, 500mg per day, and I only take that because I have genetically high lipoprotein (a)

Greycel I had tried carnitine myself. It's a bad double edged sword. I'd rather take Mk than carnitine which I can get from raw meat.

It’s the biggest newbie substance that desperate teenagers resort to. There’s not an abundance of carnitine in meats. As with anything you should supplement. The nutritional profile of modern age foods have been whittled down to a pulp
