How much minimum of HGH UI do I need

I'm planning to take about 8-10 IU if HGH is that too little or do I need to upper the IU? And btw ik the higher the IU the more igf1 u get but then U get more estrogen which then makes Ur growth plates closed early in pretty sure

did u even ask a radiologist to look at ur xray and tell you if your growth plates r still open? 6-8 IU is fine tho i guess.

ur gonna decrease lifespan by about 50 fucking years nigga, 4-6 iu is enough if ur taking it daily
