It depends but you can generate the needed capital through crowdfunding I believe or with startup/angel investors. You can appeal to crowd funders on sites like kickstart. But your idea and plans for execution has to be super convincing and super likely to succeed as a business; the crowdfunder should be like ”shit this nigga sounds smart and I feel like me or my subhumans friends and family can benefit from his product/service. I am willing to cuck out my bank account to help him.” some shit like that. You have to stand the fuck out and appear to have a high chance of succeeding and being profitable

If it's a product you need to create a prototype and a presentation highlighting it's features. If it's a service same thing but you may need to create a series of presentations showcasing the services. Also you will need to inform the public on who you are to build trust. The cost to create prototypes and well-made presentations are at most a couple of thousands.
