i wanted to mention location about it but it seemed to me common sense that when i said that it wouldn't be in something like LA, NYC, or Paris

it would be a second-zone still super good location in first world countries, something like the South of France, or other Eastern US States etc

only thing debating worth is if i should invest in buying a house if i had that money or rent forever
