mild, mostly affects bone structure, my brow and mental protuberance are over-sized.
elbow and knee joints are also abnormally thick, and the palms of my hands and the width of my feet are abnormal, but the fingers aren't affected and my feet also aren't particularly long.

Also I feel like if ur Asian u can o benefit from acromegaly as long as it's not severe

don't think it's had a negative impact, I just sort of look like a caveman morph from the side but it's not that noticeable from the front.
I have wrinkles on top of my skull as a result of it as well, it's also how I found out I had it after I buzzed my hair, but they're covered so I don't really care.
