Do you keep most of your muscle after a cycle or do you lose everything and have to keep cycling
 
It depends if you powerlift or train for aesthetics
Powerlifting = you will look like the rock
Aesthetic = maybe look like david laid if you have good shoulder

If you have shitty shoulder frame you will look like the untrained chad vs trained incel meme

you can def keep like 50% if you keep up your training/diet/sleep/recover up

also depends on what roids

dianabol will get u jacked af but you when you quit you will deflate like a balloon

Tren can give you 5-15 kg muscle mass after 8-12 weeks depends how much you take

you don't have any control over this, you won't magically look aesthetic from following a specific routine or focusing on specific muscles.

it's entirely controlled by your frame.

This is circumstantial. How good is your diet? Are you eating in maintenance, above it, below it, how is your PCT?
Nobody can give you an answer like "86%" - it is dependent on you.
