How much of a failo are my ears?

Right now I have long hair so I can fraud them to some extent (pulled it back for the picture) but i'm getting a haircut tomorrow and I want to know long I should keep the sides.
I'm planning to get an ostoplasty this summer.

Not exactly low class, family used to be quite well off by Slav standards. Kinda low middle class now I guess.
