Your face—jawline, eyes, etc—look almost identical to mine from a few months ago. The only difference is that i have darker skin and you’re blessed enough to be born white. Since then I’ve lost a lot of weight in my face and it looks a lot better.

Basically I need to ask this. It’s a weird question but it radically changed my appearance: what do you eat for breakfast?

I noticed that I gained the most weight from eating absolute crap every breakfast. Get this: I’d literally drink a sugary hot chocolate every morning (and sometimes at night) every day for like 7 years straight since I was like 8 years old. I cut that garbage out for good in September, along with sugary breakfast like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and the bloat just vanished.

TL;DR: if you want to lose a little weight in the face just unironically change your breakfast
