teeth don't have as much of an impact on the lips as people think.
in your case they just need to lift the outside corners of your mouth a little, that on it's own will make it look less squiggly.
lip flip, they can do it both in the corners and the top and you just need it in the corners.
In the second pic after why did her cupids bow dissapear? why did she even get it done in the top? Also do you know any other way of increasing perceived lip size without actually altering anything, like volufiline or some lip balms can do anything? Ill see where they offer lip flip, how does it differ from lip lift? Latter is for those with bad philthrums right? But ive seen they all have bigger lips also after lip lift

lip flip just flips the lip outwards more, doesn't specifically have to be the inner part, lip lift is always the inner part, won't work for your issue.

Does very lean Paranasal area also make mouth look bigger? The lip flip seems great since it only lasts 3 months. I just need to find a clinic where they offer so far I only got “lip augmentation “ and “ lip enhancement “ so I think I have to call them to ask. Also thoughts on volufiline , hylauronic acid etc for giving slight more plump on lips or its cope?
I don't know what you mean by this, being lean in this area isn't a good thing, fat loss there is one of the reason why people have nasolabial folds.

straight teeth are important, width doesn't matter at all, people get halo'd more from having low gum exposure or dimples when they smile than they do from the width.
whether braces will work depends a lot on your individual situation, I had several extractions and braces and my jaw didn't suffer at all, no grafts either.

Ah right, but still some people get more teeth show after going on invisalign etc i think 6 to 8 tooth smile would be a minor plus. But it seems some people said you need to specify to the invisalign practitioner that you want your dental arch to appear larger else they just align the teeth and nothing happens. So you are saying that the latter isnt possible and that the final positon of the teeth depends whether the teeth show increases? Can the opposite happen where they tip your teeth inwards and that leads to less teeth show when smiling?
it's not because their dental arch expanded, you don't tend to gain any bone there, it just moves what's already there.
