How much percent or number deficit you need

my maintance is 2340, i eat 2000 cals or a bit lower everyday, is that a good deficit?

i need to lose 10 kilos where my maintance would be 2230.

i hit the gym 3 times and eat like 1.4 grams of protein for kg eveyday.

200 below maintance is good, if u go lower youll lose weight faster but then its gonna be some muscle too, if u dont care then starvemaxx as much as you like, ur hormones might fuck up tho🥰

No, that’s not a big enough deficit, you should be at a 1200 deficit or more, fasting is key.

NOPE 500 minimum all jokes aside. 500 is one pound per week 200 is gonna get you WAYYYYY slower results gonna take 4everr:lul:

Yeah way slower but u make sure u dont lose muscle, u could go from 20 to single digit bf% in about a year if u stay fully consistent like that, i already said u can go lower but u risk losing muscle the more calories u cut, u can reduce that by training those muscles to failure and hitting a high amount of daily protein intake

You should eat 2g per kg if ur in a cut, 1,4g is more for bulk. ur losing weight and u gotta make sure it aint muscle so make sure ur muscles are being well feed and shit

Im losing 0,5 to 1kg a week recently without even trying (some gym / eating muh protein) but not drinking fucking ungodly amounts of beer to cope, and it's working it's magic soon ascend to a g o d at this rate (~4-5 kg to go...)
