My current frame is a 18.5 inch biacromial width and 21.5 bideltoid width. I wanna try get to a 23 inch bideltoid so my frame matches head. I heard from another post that you want you bideltoid width to be 4x your zygo, so for me that would be 4x5.75=23yes with roids, depends how skinny u r now

What did you do? did you primarily use dumbbells for your shoulders?idk really never measured and i dont have before and after pics but yeah i got stretch marks from both sides
