How much potassium chloride a day should I take at 150lbs. and is potassium chloride by best choice for using potassium to debloat?

That’s a normal amount many people take more than that and they’re okay

If you have more than 365mg of KCl, make sure you have it with food.
I usually have around 600mg after my dinner. I have done 1000mg (1g), but after 500g of lean meat. But kinda got a tad scared with doing that, coz it can interfere with the heart.
