i used to take like 30 caps and those had no substantial difference.
The fda regulates how much potassium supplement companies can put in there at around 100mg max even though u should be taking around 2-3000mg
Potassium chloride or "nu-salt" would be a more efficient option
Potassium is just cope in general, if bloating is really that much of a problem just take diuretics jfl
