How much protein do I need

I’m going to the gym weightlifting regularly (5-6 times per week) and also trying to height max. Don’t want to limit any potential in my height so how much protein do I need to eat per day in order to maximise height growth. I weigh around 73kg and I’m 177cm tall with goal of 183 (dad is 193)

I’m anxious I’m not eating enough. Can’t have had more than 50g so far today which is really not enough

Also dub because I hit 90kg bench earlier

200 especially if your trying to heightmaxx you should be eating 4000+ calories per day if possible

Thanks bro, any particular sources? I prefer meat but can’t expect to get more than 120g of protein from meat

idk i eat about a dozen eggs a day and i drink 1 gallon of raw milk per day so that helps alot and also maybe 1lb ground beef per day with like 100g of carbs from fruits animal based food should be the main thing your diet and some fruits too, no grains because those are generally gmo and hyperprocessed and no vegetables because they are highly toxic and have oxidants

eggs, shrimp, chicken, beef (chicken and beef will depend if your cutting or bulking) and fish

2.2g/kg bodyweight
so in your case, 160g

you could eat 180-200g tho, wouldnt hurt
