How much PSL can an LTN ascend to with surgery and softmaxxing?

Hello, I have wondered for a while exactly HOW much PSL an LTN can gain from hardmaxxing.
I find LTN’s hardmaxxing to be the most interesting as their lives can literally change from being ignored and treated like scum, to being treated like a god.

Which jumps tend to be most drastic as well at is realistic for an LTN with enough surgery?

LTN -> MTN (common or rare?)

LTN -> HTN (common or rare?)

LTN -> CL (common or rare?)

I’ve seen many transformations, with some looking much better than others, but I need input on whether enough some of these big jumps are realistic or not for most people. So the biggest question in all of this is…

Can most LTN’s reach HTN with surgery?

yk what that is a good question but there is no way of telling an ltn could be a fat dude and he can have very good bones so you never know, also if you are ltn-mtn you need good ratios example
ESR, Midface Ratio (all tho a bit longish isnt bad), mouth width, not a subhuman eye area, all tho you can always fix an eye are with surgeries like cantho pexy/canthoplasty, anyways bros if you are ltn-mtn seeing this dont give up moneymax to eat stacy's pussy

Haha. I do agree on your points however in the context of the people I’m talking about I’m not talking about the fat people, most of the fat incels can ascend. I definitely do agree on the points about ratios and eyes! On the last note moneymaxxing to Hardmaxx is more important than having a Lamborghini. Looking good will make you more confident and make it easier to make female friends with benefits!

It's all about Ratios and proportions.the far away you are from the ideal you will ascend less with surgery because correcting huge discrepancy in Ratios will cause more complications.

What are features that hardcap an LTN at MTN

Eye spacing, ears, skin problems (i dont remember the name but the one where ur skin is different color all around) and that stuff but like 98% if people will be more than mtn dro hardmaxxing

what about someone like me, i have 1.65 fwhr and 0.96 midface ratio, the other ratios are ideal but do these very important ones cap me at mtn? im thinking of zygos and jaw implants to improve fwhr
