Just keep things in moderation. Everyone here has to stop taking such a hard line stance on everything. Are you just going to go the rest of your life without going to a party and drinking, eating ice cream, going to the beach on a sunny day, and so on? Don’t make sugar a part of your daily diet (outside of like fruits obviously) but once in a while treat yourself to that candy bar. I probably have junk food like once or twice a week just because I don’t feel the urge anymore for more than that and the rest of my diet is clean. There’s no point in looking good if you’re not enjoying life, and if you cut anything out completely there’s a greater chance you’ll relapse eventually.

That goes for everything. Don’t let this site infect your mind to the point where you’ll only be happy if you look like a super model. Looks are important no doubt but they should just be used to get you in the door to chasing happiness if that makes sense. Don’t go overboard but work hard so that you do have the extra savings to at some point spend on some procedures/surgeries that’ll make you look better and make you more comfortable to live you life and attract girls. Then focus on maximizing your career, money, social life, traveling experiences, physical fitness, etc so that you can actually achieve true happiness in life rather than being satisfied with shallow validation from others.

It's all genes but not for the reason you think. They have the same metabolism as anybody else, but have less appetite and eat less overall such that they're usually eating at around maintenance. You can get away with eating shit and not gaining weight this way but you will still experience the negative health effects of the diet

Unironically, my dietary guidelines allow ice cream and sunexposure
Aswell as alcohol depending on certain factors
 
Eat high carb. It will likely work for you if you are a caucasian in the west

High protein creates too much ammonia and you probably also lack the probiotics for a high fat diet

Eating low carb was a big mistake of mine and now after changing my diet I feel better than I have ever been (excluding childhood)

I just eat balanced, not afraid of carbs I eat 4 white toasts and rice/potatoes everyday

3.8 kcal without forcing it down. Get on my level
Only con is that I need to spread milk intake thruout the day

Getting 3.8kcal on nutritious food without forcing it only lets me conclude that my metabolism has indeed improved. I hope I can tweak it further and keep it up for 2 years. Thats when I should see majority of health improvements
