This pic shows it very clearly that SOMETHING is clearly altered. I think she's had surgery done to permanently alter her canthic tilt. Probably a nosejob too, maybe boobjob (probably), cheeks, chin, forehead, botox... I have no idea but it seems very probable. Her boyfriend is also some sort of model or fashion industry person. I think this is a picture of her and her brother, look at the difference between pics. She edited the same pic twice and reposted months apart.
I think she looks really good though. to me she is a 10/10 even after I've noticed how much work she's had done.
She's definitely had her lips altered too.
