I was thinking about to start a diet to gain muscle mass. But I thought, you know what, I'll see how I look before with an 8% bf .
Then I start gettin more muscle.
I want to make sure that I’m in a calorie deficit, it’s hard to know when you’re eating a lot. So for a month I'm going on an ascwitz diet. average of 500kcal per day.
I think it will make the trick to low to 8% bf in 1 month.
lot of water, eating enough protein etc.
I already did the diet plan.
1month is enough, right ?
I find it easy to eat very little.
For me I would eat like this all my life, the problem is that you can't get muscle like that.
I hope I don't lose that much muscle mass.
but if I lose it doesn't matter so much
