So before I started gymcelling, I was basically always around 75kg. Now I started bulking for the first time and i'm 81/82kg morning weight and I can see it starting to affect my face. I was going to bulk until i'm 85kg but I feel i'm already on my way to becoming a bloatlord.

My plan is to cut down to 75kg and then just keep bulking/ cutting between 75 and 80, so i'm always lean. Is this a good idea or should I be bulking more than that?
Will post pics when I get back.

tbh you need to sacrifice like 1 year of your look to bulk up and have some muscless, then cut hard and slow bulk, for example on low carb to not gain a lot of fat.

why can't I just do what I plan on doing - go between 75 and 80kg? Does it matter in the long run?

You can but cutting and bulking in short period of times will hold you in same place, effects will be slow

hover somewhere between 10 and 18% bodyfat.

below 10% your hormones are crippled, and above 18% they're also crippled from aromatization.

individually this can occur above 10%, or below 18%, i.e not all people are able to get near 10% without their hormones declining, and not all people can get near 18% without their hormones declining either.

for example, I can go near 10% without issues, but I can't really go past 15% because my skin quality takes a nose dive past that.

Why? The shorter the bulk, the quicker the cut. Would it not even out?

bulks are long and extensive compared to cuts, it's not that hard to shed bodyfat.

so would what I plan on doing work out for me? Just going between 75 and 80 kg?
obviously would increase that as time goes on and I put on muscle but for now.

Lean bulk to your height in CMs-10 (ex:175 cms=165 lbs). Then recomp at that weight by getting stronger in the gym.

If you’re over that, or want to be leaner, cut, and repeat.

The vast majority of nattys will never weigh more than that when lean. So instead of bulking 20-40 lbs over that, and accumulating fat/bloat, hover at that weight and recomposition into a lean, athletic physique over time

I'm 6 feet.

Repeat very short bulk/cut cycles is how I got to low body fat with decent muscle mass.

I ate in a slight surplus with very high protein on workout days - then on offdays I went ~300kcal under maintenance with high protein.
So in the end, I was always in a surplus on a lifting day, but overall I was about 1000-1200 in a deficit for the week.

That's an [unknown amount of] muscle mass built per month and about half a kilo (1 pound) of body fat lost.

Mind you, this is an extremely slow way to recomp your body in the gym as a natty. It works though.

No argument that with steroids the process will be 10x faster, and mass gain will be bigger

keep in mind that a lot of weight that you gain when you bulk is just water.

Dont listen to this faggots that say bulk for year first...first thing you do is lose body fat,hit the gym,get to the point where you can see six pack, doesnt matter if you get skinny as fuck...from there, start bulking
