If you have money consider surgery, I know you have a social life and Im in the same case as you trying to make it happens while nobody knows but at some point you have to know what you want in life and say fuck you to everybody (if they love you they ll understand if they dont then you shouldnt care).

Of course maybe you should try to take a 1month vacation where you cut all contacts and get the surgery On the first days so nobody know in the best case.
All people that got surgery say they regret not having it earlier, life is short bro.

As another user said in the thread a luxury car is the worst investment possible (for girls AND generally) if you ask yourself the question to buy it (meaning the money it costs you is significant relatively to your wealth.
