I think 2grams is the upper limit though i am tempted to cycle 3 grams for a few weeks

I've been taking 2 grams a day, hasn't done shit for bloating but it improved my skin so much. Way more even skin tone and healthier looking too.

It did not take that long to see results, it probably took just under a month before I noticed my skin looking better

Vitamin C converts dopamine into noradrenaline in the brain which might make you more anxious.

ever looksmax comes with a risk which you have to decide to take or not, otherwise niggas will just keep rotting with no asend.
The point I was making is that it has side effects, so just simply take supplements that lower norepinephrine along with it.

I mean, the options are endless really but the main ones are beta-blockers like Propranolol, l-theanine with inositol, NAC, and GABA agonists.
