I have
  • diabetes since age 6 (average hba1c 7,5 since then, lowers igf1 because of high blood sugar and I had high blood sugar almost all the time)
  • celiac diagnosed at 14(glutenfree since 14,5) Could stunt height a lot due to malnutrition, when your small intestine is damage it cant take up vitamins, I also had low vitamin d most of the time ( bit of under the range in recent test), but I dont think vitamin d stunts height a lot.
  • low ft4(8,4pg/ml at age 17, normal range is 9,8-17, when i was 15 it was 9,1 pg/ml. currently normal tsh at 1, still not on ft hormones because my doctor doesnt know yet if i have hypothyroidism) So basically I had most probably had low ft4 since 14 or maybe even before. Not very low, but low. 3 months ago I had my ft4 at 8,4. Did new blood test to see if I actually have hypothyroism or the test before was inaccurate, but my bitch doctor didn't send them to me. I will call her and ask her.
  • was also born 1 months premature (31 hours after water bag rupture, doctors had to give my mom a injection so she could give birth) I had frontal bossing and bowed legs at birth which could indicate rickets or russel silver syndrome, dont know if i had it, dont know if doctors tested it. Never took any vitamin pills and never eat a lot, had Delayed puberty, i believe (voice break at 15, armpit hair at 16). Rickets main symptome is stunted height.

I am 9 or 10 cm shorter than my brother and had very very slow growth all my life. Im 163cm, at birth I was 1,5cm smaller than my brother but he had normal birth not premature. I think I only started growing normally after going glutenfree at 14 and a half I had voice break at 15 and got armpit hair at 16 l think. When my brother and I were 4 weeks old we were the same height, both 57cm, and I was 100g less then him, but after that he was always taller, even at like 4 months. But I don't think baby/child height correlates with adult height, because there are small children who grew to be tall. At birth I was 2,8kg and 49cm, my brother was 50,5 cm and like 3,2kg. And at age 3 till diagnosis of diabetes I was very skinny and had dark eyebags (but dark eyebags may be genetic because I think I also had them when I was like 1-2)

Doctors even considered giving me hgh but never did because my family was short and even though my growth was slow, l was still growing, which didnt make sense because LITERALLY I WAS GROWING 3CM A YEAR HOW THE FUCK IS THIS NORMAL. I saw a line on the door with my height and from age 13 to 13 and 7 months I grew only 1,5 cm. 1,5cm in 7 months (a 13 year old grows 1,5 cm in 7 months and doctor thinks its not essential to check for gh levels or start a hgh therapy. I bet she didn't give it because of me being a different race from her, and because it costs so much.

And now I most likely have some type of hypothyroidism, still not diagnosed, my doctor called my dad and said all my recent levels were normal but idk how this is possible if I had low ft4 hormones prior. I most probably still have them low, because I had them low at 15 and 17, maybe even before, and also I feel so tired and unmotivated all the time since I am 15, for example I cant study for a test unless its 1am in the same day I have the test, and the last time I did something productive was years ago. I also had brutally cold hands and feet all the time, which stopped once summer came, but not normal cold, I had to wear handshoes at HOME and was still cold, my parents wanted me to go to the doctor and were scared because of it, so no it wasnt normal cold hands. I will call my doctor and ask her about my recent levels. I had a bit hope that I might still grow a bit because of delayed puberty, but then I get a new problem, low ft4, which also has a high impact on height.

Dad: 170cm
Mom:150cm
Brother: 173cm (1year older than me, grew fast till 14, then stopped) hes 18 currently
Me:163cm and 17 year old

Iam planning on taking hgh and also some f4 hormones as hgh will lower ft4 and my ft4 is already low. Do you think doctors will prescribe hgh to me? Maybe my gh levels are already low because of my health conditions(diabetes and low ft could lower hgh)but maybe not. I live in germany so idk if my doctor would prescribe it. I can buy it msyelf too I think they wont prescribe.

even if it was 5cm which was stunted, its still stunted. Do research of my health diseases, just include diabetes and low ft4 and lets ignore the rest, high blood sugar lowers igf1 and low ft4 doesnt let you grow.

please just look the things I said in my post up for one minute or ask chatgpt what the less possible amount stunted height could be. Its impossible to be zero. I know I was probably never meant to be 173+. But its impossible for the stunted height to be zero.

Also I should change the title, I want to get information on where I should buy hgh and how my stack should look like, it could be over, but I still want to try.

to buy hgh: osgear.se, you can only pay using ether/btc rlly, or if osgear.se doesn't work for whatever reason try dashpct, or go on Meso rx forum and ask around if those 2 dont work

What do you say does it make sense in my case.

worth a try, fuck even i took mk 677 (growth hormone secretagogue) at my height, u can always be taller
And for delayed puberty? Voice break at 15 and a half and armpit hair at 16. First time cum at 14 and a half and it was not much (sorry if its too much detail), but never tried before 14.

Only started seeing developement (also height) after going glutenfree at 14.

I don't think it's over. Your doctors are just retarded. Go find a new one. You definitely have hypothyroidism and probably will grow at least a couple inches if you fix it ASAP. Your body does catch-up growth so you'll be fine. Also buy strong Vitamin D supplements and take tons of Calcium and exercise to strengthen bones. And also figure how to increase IGF-1.

Worst case if you want extra, aromasin + HGH + MK677 to keep plates open and grow, but I doubt you need to go that far.

Are my ft4 levels really that low to consider I have hypothyroidsim. If yes I have another chronic illness🪢. My doctor called my dad and said my levels were fine but she didnt talk about my ft4 levels, didnt even say anything about it. I will call her.

The worst part is that I was the one who asked her if she could check my thyroid hormones, because I was feeling like a corpse (still do) all the time. I even had them low at 9,1 when I was 15. And 15 was the time where I grew the most. If my ft4 was normal at 15 I would have maybe grown more. And how tf didn’t she point it out that they were low when I was 15. I just saw at a blood test from 2 years ago that they were low even then when I was 15.

Do you think another doctor wouldve gave me hgh when I was younger? If I had a better doctor idk 3cm a year isnt normal. And when the child has high blood sugar all the time. I want to kill her why the fuck she didn’t give it to me. If my dad would have said anything about it or would have said he wants me to be on gh, she wouldn’t have a choice but accept. But he didn’t say anything, I can’t blame him because I think he hadn’t a clue about all that.

I think its not possible getting them prescribed at 17 right? If not, its not a problem I will buy it, I will work a summer job, but idk if I can afford pharma grade.

Go find another doctor. You still have some time to catch-up on growth. You might have to research how to treat hypothyroidism and all the chemicals you need to grow. But I think you still have 3-4 inches left.

Dont take hgh or t4
With conditions you have it might kill you
Better be short and alive than short and dead

I would take the risk and only thing which is a bit risky is diabetes, but if I watch out for my blood sugar and inject lot more insulin than usual, it should be fine.

T4 just delay growth not stunth

Its not that easy to change doctors but I will try. But do you think living in germany, some doctor will give hgh to me? If not I wouldn’t even bother and take a hgh stack with ft4 hormones and pray

then do it with your doctor dont listen to strangers on .org

I will buy them soon. I will call my doctor and if she still says shit like 8,4pg/ml isnt that bad and I don’t need any thyroid hormones, I will buy it myself.

First off, with all of the medical issues you described, you are blessed to only be roughly 1 inch off your predicted height. But below, I'll go over your health conditions on a tier list in terms of negative effects on height! I will only discuss in length the conditions that had a highly negative effect on your height, and a decently negative effect on your height!

HIGHLY NEGATIVE EFFECT ON HEIGHT:

  1. Celiac Disease: First of all, you were diagnosed at 14 for this disease, which is probably why I'd have to rank at 1 number 1 in terms of height growth determinants. This is a relatively late age to be diagnosed with this disease and if it was caught sooner, you could've made the dietary changes that would've allowed you to be taller today. Not being able to properly absorb key proteins and vitamins like vitamin D, Calcium, Zinc, and many others screwed you over big time. They are essentially the foundation of height growth and having low levels of them during the most important growth years is insane. You probably had IGF-1 levels somewhat similar to a kid with GHD. Statistically speaking, you are roughly around 2.5cm - 3cm shorter than you naturally would be based on the studies linked! By the way, how much catch-up growth did you experience once you switched to gluten-free?
    PLES STOP
  2. Type 1 Diabetes: Now, you were very lucky to be diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes from a young age, as if your high blood sugar went unchecked, you could've been even shorter! I am assuming that since you were six years old when you were diagnosed, your family has had you on the proper medication to deal with your diabetes and that your treatment has gone well. As you already said, chronically high blood sugar levels reduce IGF-1 significantly, and none of the studies I looked for gave an exact numerical value of how much lower IGF-1 levels are in diabetic men compared to normal, here's a graph I found from this study detailing it:
    Nihms619100f2
. Now, the exact amount of height you lost from being a type 1 diabetic isn't exactly clear. One German study that followed the growth of 197 type 1 diabetic children to 18 noted that boys on average lost 2.9cm in height. Another German study found that the average loss of height in type 1 diabetics by final height would be around 2.5cm to 3.0cm in height. So I'd say, you roughly lost around 2.5-3.0cm in height from Type 1 diabetes!

DECENTLY NEGATIVE EFFECT ON HEIGHT:

  1. Central Hypothyroidism: This for some reason is a health condition that I have seen multiple heightmaxxers have, and it seems like oftentimes, it's the disease that causes people to look for ways to grow taller once they find out that it will/can stunt your growth. Based on your diagnosis, and the fact that you maintain relatively normal TSH levels but low FT4 levels, if you are diagnosed with any form of hypothyroidism, it would specifically be central hypothyroidism. This is a rarer form of hypothyroidism, where a person can maintain normal TSH levels but have T4 levels that fall into the hypothyroid range. It's typically caused by abnormal pituitary gland or hypothalamus function.
However, based on your yearly T4 readings, and the fact that you fall just out of range but only by 1.4pg/ml at your worst, I'd say it didn't highly impact your height. This is on top of the fact that hypothyroidism is a condition that typically slows growth rate but still allows you to reach relatively close to or above your target height. But because you were diagnosed late, and still aren't on medication, it could've potentially had a notable impact on your height. For example, a study was done on approximately 39 children with subclinical primary hypothyroidism (the typical low TSH type of mild hypothyroidism), when treated for 6-12 months with a dose of l-thyroxine that put their TSH levels within the normal range, it increased their growth velocity significantly. This means we can roughly assume that if your T4 levels had been treated properly with an adequate amount of thyroxine, you could have had an increased growth velocity during childhood.
MODERATE NEGATIVE EFFECT ON HEIGHT

  1. Premature Birth: In your case, I would say that your being born prematurely had a moderately negative impact on your height. This is because you were born 1 month before you were supposed to, placing you in the late pre-term category. This category of babies typically doesn't showcase severe complications compared to even more prematurely born babies, specifically in height growth. Statistically, compared to full-term babies, late pre-term babies had lower height and weight than full-term babies from birth to the age of 14 as found in this study tracking the height and weight of 4423 children. This study also revealed that the average difference in height growth rates between late preterm and full-term children was 0.01 cm/month (95% CI: -0.01 to 0.03). This is an extremely minimal difference in growth rates, however, the difference could add up over time considering your other conditions. Another study explained the reason for this, as a study done on 175 late preterm infants revealed that the vast majority of late preterm infants experience catch-up growth at 24 months and roughly 66% of the infants had experienced catch-up growth by 36 months. However, there was 34% that hadn't recovered and experienced catch-up growth by 36 months. This potentially caused the possibility of delayed puberty happening down the line.

NEGLIBLE NEGATIVE EFFECT ON HEIGHT

  1. Ricketts Syndrome: This most likely did not affect your height. And the only reason why I am saying this is because you weren't ever officially diagnosed for this and you aren't that much shorter than your expected height. You are only roughly an inch of your expected height of 5'5 if I did my math correctly and you are 5'4! So both of these reasons most likely mean that you do not have it at all.

I was on yearly blood tests to see if I have celiac, because its common with t1d. So I had maybe 1 year undiagnosed celiac as I was being tested yearly. I only grew after starting a glutenfree diet, also puberty and voice break etc happened. I think at 15 I was 155cm and at 14 like 150cm. From 15 to 16 159cm, from 16 to 16 and a half 162cm. And now 163cm.

My brother is 173cm, so I think I would be like 165-170cm. Also I don't know if its normal to grow only 1,5cm in 7 months as a 13 year old boy.

I called my doctor to ask about the ft4 hormones, she said that they are now normal at 11,3pg/ml, tsh is 1,19 and ft3 is 4,3 I think. I find it weird that my ft4 changes so much. 2 years ago when I was 15 they were 9pg, then at 15 and a half they were 10pg. She says I don't have antibodies and my tsh is normal so she thinks I don't have it. Whats also weird in the time where my blood levels for ft4 were 8,4pg, I had a lot of symptoms for hypothyroidism, rn I only have tiredness and lack of motivation but back then I had very cold hands and feet.

What do you think should my stack look like? I think it would be a good idea to still take ft4. And do you think I will grow?

I don't know if diabetes or premature birth or celiac caused delayed puberty but I think it was most likely premature birth. Also I always had long feet size for my height. I had the same shoe size or 1 size lower as my brother when I was like 12 and he was 13, despite him being 1 head taller than me in that times. My feet were ridiculously long for my height. Right now I have 42 EU size, about the same or half an size bigger than my brother/dad. But maybe I inherited feet size and height from my mom.

I have
  • diabetes since age 6 (average hba1c 7,5 since then, lowers igf1 because of high blood sugar and I had high blood sugar almost all the time)
  • celiac diagnosed at 14(glutenfree since 14,5) Could stunt height a lot due to malnutrition, when your small intestine is damage it cant take up vitamins, I also had low vitamin d most of the time ( bit of under the range in recent test), but I dont think vitamin d stunts height a lot.

@Osie

Idk but nothing you could've done about having those health conditions so it is what is, not your fault. Plus you're parents are super short so it's not that crazy,
