How much weight can actually be lost in a month without starving to death

Tired of slow weight loss, I’ve been thinking of just doing 1000 calories per day for a month to try and get it over with quickly, rather than draw it out but normies say it’s unhealthy and damaging

If it’s only for 4 weeks it shouldn’t be too bad right? I’ll avoid cardio cuz cardio makes me hungry asf

just cut out all the carbs in your diet and run like your life depends on it (while still maintaining your 1000 calories a day)
You'll feel like shit but you'll know when to stop when your cheekbones look like they want to burst out of your face.

becuase you needs carbs for energy, humans have been eating carbs for millions of years we are evolved to eat carbs, we have always eaten carbs. would you cut out fat or protein? no, so why would you cut out carbs. all humans across all times in history have consumed carbs
