i just ate like 500g of chicken a day with some fruits
it will take a couple of months and those months will feel like a year

it's barely hard, i think the people who complain the most are the ones who do small deficits like 500 calories
1000+ calorie deficit isn't that hard for a couple of months, you forget that drugs cost money

Well I have done more moderate calorie restriction as well. There is no reason to not use peptides.
