How much will bimax benefit me

I just got home from the consultation and he confirmed that i need bimax and it will be free, i wont be able to get genioplasty as well at the same time, i asked for ccw, but he said he will be able to tell me once i completely fix my teeth at my orthodontist. I will get braces and palate expander in less than a month.
Future plans are genio ofc and septoplasty + rhino, and maybe jaw implants

(Im aware of how horrible my side profile is so no need to say it, thanks)

I would recommend a first world surgeon. There's no Hippocratic oath in these other countries where people like Giant Implants operate, so if they botch you they can't be held accountable and you can't sue them

Absolutely, with the correct decompensation before surgery even more so, you probably need ccw rotation of both jaws and advancement in both, with an emphasis on lefort advancement

but imma have to wear braces and palate expander for like a year and a half first, do you think i should get septoplasty and rhino before the surgery, i heard that its best to go from biggest to smallest surgeries, but it kinda seems like a waste of time not doing anything in that period

I wouldn't get septorhino first, a big maxilla advancement will change your nose significantly and you'll have a clearer picture of what actually needs to be changed in the nose then

They'll probably give you impaction on the maxilla, hard to show what you will exactly look like after big movements but the lip area should be close to that

I wouldn't get septorhino first, a big maxilla advancement will change your nose significantly and you'll have a clearer picture of what actually needs to be changed in the nose then
