Im 5'11 (180cm) manlet. I think i started puberty around 13 and from 12 to 15 i grew 12cm and only 3cm from 14 to 15. Im 15 and i reached 180 cm but this year grew only like 1,5 cm. Im turning 16 next month. Im kinda worried about my height because i live in country were 180cm is average. My father is 183cm my mother is 171cm my granddad is 178 cm and grandma is 162 cm (mothers side). Howaver other granddad used to be 190cm(dead) but idk how tall is gradma all i know she is taller than the other one(dads side). I also go to gym. How tall could i get naturally an how tall could i get if i started taking cjc dac?

stretch every day, eat as clean and as much as you physically can, destroy phytoestrogens, sleep well, join MMA / Muay Thai, go gym but don't do heavy compound lifts. if you have money invest in supplements to make you taller/block estrogen, buy barefoot shoes to increase the load on shins. then do that for five years and you will be taller than me (I'm 6ft 3). no promises but theirs a high chance you will get to at least 190cm.

When I was 14 I thought I was 5'7 but in reality I was more like 5'5 I wasn't 5'7 until late 15

at 15 i was between 178 and 180 but im slavic so in my country its average
