Idk if only marpe is sufficient , may give you a 45-50 mm intermolar width but for bite alignment and gum show (not to mention the shape of the teeth, but let's leave that aside because you'd need a lot of money) It looks like some other work is needed. Hope you’ll get 10 teeth smile anyway
