How much will this morning routine affect my height?

I'm a 16 yr old male, still going through puberty and still growing.
The morning routine consists of:
Waking up
Taking vitamin b3
Intensive workout at the gym
Eat a full meal

Apparently this increases hgh production by 250-500%. How much of an impact will that have on my height if I do this routine every morning?

Keep up doing this tho saf reality it doesnt really effect height drastically, if your growth plates arent closed just life a healthy life like that

It’ll definitely help but genetics is still the deciding factor

Also don’t expect fast results this is long term, maybe will give you an extra inch or two that you wouldn’t have had
