I'm a 16 yr old male, still going through puberty and still growing.
The morning routine consists of:
Waking up
Taking vitamin b3
Intensive workout at the gym
Eat a full meal
Apparently this increases hgh production by 250-500%. How much of an impact will that have on my height if I do this routine every morning?
