Your upper maxilla is good, but yeah you got a philtrum sliding backwards, so bimax should hopefully fix that somewhat. And you're a chincel, so the genio should help a lot. Hard to say how much but yes it would ascend you quite a bit

You are jutting and giving yourself an underbite.

But you cannot jut permanently, because when you speak or eat, you will look like before. Surgery will give you that result permanently.

Yeah trimax can give you a similar result to that morph I made earlier. It's not going to be to you as accurate to you jutting though.
