Yes you need a full on rhinoplasty with alar base Reduktion and sliming of Tipp cartilage

Alar base reduction, cantho, lip lift would ascend you hard. DM me if you know any good alar base reduction surgeons, need to get it myself. Was thinking of Eren Boldaz in turkey
