It depends on which type and shape of the zygomatic implant.

Sub-malar implants, which create projection in the medial part of the cheek, can help change the positioning of a negative orbital vector into a neutral or positive orbital vector. This will enhance the mid-face and ocular region quite dramatically.

Malar shell implants focus on lateral cheekbone projection, which may add some lateral structure to the under-eye. It can also help raise the corner of the eye which tends to droop as we age, or if you have low facial body fat.
