i got there did 4 sets of 6 reps on bench

i could only do those ten pound weights, they went pretty easy i think given a spotter i could add more weight, i think maybe 2 tens on each side or a 25 on each side are my maximum

after that i found a 30 pound weight i did shoulder press with, 4x6 again, this however was hard as fuck and my left shoulder pooped out by the 2nd set, i had to do the rest one arm at a time otherwise shit just wouldnt go up

then lateral raises with a 15 pound weight, i felt the burn after the first 2 sets again but it being 15 pounds i did them all relatively smoothly

then i did 6 sets of 6 reps on incline bench, i was only going to do four sets but i lowkey had fun so i did more, on incline i couldnt bench the two 10’s i could on normal so i just used the bar

after that i did 4x6 of overhead tricep extensions, i used a 20 at first but it felt so light for some reason so i switched to a 30, again it felt extremely light, it felt extremely light everytime except the last 2 reps when my left arm started to struggle (vicious gooner in my younger days)

overall it wasnt bad, i plan to add more exercises in the future

That's great man keep it up!! Remember to add weight when you feel comfortable with your lifts, progressive overload etc.. And the most important thing ; stay consistent

i do some kind of vertical movement first eg. lat pull down or pull ups for 2 sets to failure
then i’ll do one set of lat pull overs to failure
then i do some kind of upper back movement for 3 sets to failure
then i’ll do seated cable rows for 2 sets to finish off
then maybe some traps if i have energy

then for bicep i do 2 sets of seated incline curls and 2 sets of hammer curls
every set to failure or close to failure
