How narrow is my palate? Is a palate expander worth it?

I recently heard about palate expanders and how they can improve the forward growth of the maxila(I might be wrong). I have crowded teeth and I gues is cus of the narrow palate. I also had normal braces and removable braces 5 years ago and they helped me, but my teeth partially migrated back. Please someone educate me on it and give me some tips

idk i used one myself for years

improved my smile for sure (1st gf even told me she thought i was hot because i had a good smile lol)

That's a pretty good plus to it, I have to say I'm not happy with my smile but did you see any other changes in the face after having an expander?

get pallate extenders your teeth look a bit crowded aswell maybe get brases/invisalign

a clear crowding of the teeth, if you have the money go for a slow expansion or thumbpull, with appropriate preparations(sutures and loosening fascia) but it won't work any better than expansor

basically braces that are invisible search it up it will get rid of the awkward braces (if you dont like the look of them) take a look bro

i still have somewhat of a long-face syndrome due to mouthbreathing, palate expander probably prevented it from being worse

I recommend you to bite some object or food and then measure the palate size with measuring tape, if its lower then 50mm, it could be lowk over
