Exercise is very important for a mans health. We were built for it. Find yourself a strength training program. I recommend 5x5 strong lifts for beginners to build a strong foundation of strength and muscle mass. Also I believe every man should know how to defend himself and the ones he loves, which is why it is suggested you take up a martial art. Boxing, Kickboxing, Jiu jitsu, Muay thai, wrestling. Are all great workouts and you become low inhib in the process. Do not do Karate, kung fu, ninjitsu, wing chun, akido. These are all bullshit and you will get fucked up in a street fight.
If you are a man, do a manly job. Become a mechanic, carpenter, plumber, stone mason, join the military, police force, firefighter, train hard and become a professional fighter. These jobs will make you tough and will surround you with tough men. Steel sharpens steel.
Avoid Jew Media at all costs. Every news station, youtube, many platforms are ran and owned by jews. This is not healthy for men to listen to, watch, or believe. A man should only care about what he thinks is correct or right. They are feminizing the world to make us weak.
