How often can I have a cheat day and how big can it be if i'm trying to get to 12% bodyfat?

I read that once a week is fine but you shouldn't eat that much shit, just one chocolate bar or something. Fuck is that shit? That's not even a cheat day then, just a cheat snack.

My plan is to have one cheat day every 2 weeks but make it a proper cheat day. Like i'll spend 30 euro on burgers, fries, pizza, milkshakes, etc. But is this sustainable or am I going over the top?
An incel needs something to look forward to in life.

My natty ripped friend with full 6 pack eats a shit tonne every Saturday, like past the point where he doesn’t even want to eat anymore so once a week should be fine

I plan on going to fastfood places and eat until I feel like i'm about to burst if i'm to follow a strict diet the rest of the week. Will this work?

Nowadays I eat less because my body somehow got so used to diet that it doesn't have that craving anymore. But when I had bigger ones it was like two sausage and cheese sandwiches made with two entire loafs of bread

Each sawdwitch made with one of these (not the cutted one)

, chocolates, bi bag of chips, a pack of hot dog sausages (sometimes a dish of pasta instead of the sausages), and some more cheese... yes to the point of feeling like bursting. Can give you a bit of water bloat next day but doesn't contribute to you gaining weight as long as you follow the rest of the week with discipline.

Track your weekly calories. And keep most of them till your cheat day that way you won't gain weight. It's just simple maths
